Petitioner has filed this petition under Article 226 of the Constitution of India seeking grant of first regular parole.
Learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that the conduct of the petitioner has remained satisfactory in jail. Hence, petitioner is entitled for grant of first regular parole.
Learned State counsel has opposed the petition and has submitted that the murder of the Ramesh Chand @ Banti Gurjar was committed when the petitioner was released on parole in another case. Petitioner is a hardcore criminal. In this regard,

learned counsel has placed reliance on Annexure R-2 report submitted by the Police Station, Kota.
Keeping in view the submissions made by the learned State counsel, no ground for grant of parole to the petitioner is made out as while availing benefit of parole, he got involved in the present murder case.
