The present writ petition has been filed by the wife of the convict-prisoner for grant of emergent parole to the convictprisoner Ram Ji @ Ram Singh on the ground that she is under going the treatment for spinal injury and hypertension as reflected in the Medical Certificate dated 13.01.2019 placed on record as Annexure-1.
The State has filed the reply. In the reply, it is stated that there are about 06 other members in the family of convictprisoner, who can take appropriate care of the petitioner.
In light of the fact that the ailment with which the wife of the convict-prisoner is suffering can be taken care of by the other

family members of the convict-prisoner as mentioned in the report of the Superintendent of Police, Janpad (Jalon) I am not inclined to release the convict-prisoner on emergent parole.
The writ petition being bereft of merit is dismissed.
