It is submitted by counsel for the petitioner that the application filed by the petitioner to the Parole Advisory Committee (for short “the Committee”) is still pending. Petitioner is entitled for permanent parole under Rule 9 of the Rajasthan

Taking into consideration the fact that a limited prayer is made before the Court, the Criminal Writ Petition is disposed with the direction to the Committee to take a decision on the application submitted by the petitioner for grant of permanent parole within a period of one month from the date of receipt of copy of this order.
