Petitioner has been awarded life imprisonment. At present, he is confined in Central Jail Alwar.
Counsel for the petitioner has submitted that petitioner is appearing in B.A Part-I examination,2019. As per the date-sheet papers of the petitioner are commencing from today onwards.
After hearing counsel for the petitioner and ld. Dy. Govt. Advocate, the present petition is disposed of, by issuing a direction to the Superintendent Central Jail, Alwar, to make necessary arrangements for appearance of petitioner in the examination.
Copy of this order be handed over to Ms. Rekha Madnani, Dy. Govt. Adv. under the seal and signature of Court Master for onward transmission and necessary compliance.
