Counsel further submits that the petitioners have deposited the amount of Rs.40,000/- by way of

Learned Public Prosecutor has opposed the criminal misc. petition.

Considering the facts and circumstances of the present case and fact that the parties have settled their dispute by way of compromise, the FIR No.0255/2018 registered at Police Station Nainwa District Bundi is quashed.

In that view of the matter, the criminal misc. petition is disposed of.
