“It is, therefore, most humbly and respectfully submitted that this criminal misc. petition of the petitioner, may very kindly be allowed, and learned Additional Judicial Magistrate, Banwara court may kindly be directed for speedy trial of the protest petition filed by petitioner against the FR No.15/09 , PS Kotwali, Banswara, and same may be kept under the observation of this Hon’ble Court.”

At the outset, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner seeks limited prayer of expeditious trial in the case pending before the learned Additional Judicial Magistrate, Banswara for last six years at the stage of protest petition filed by the petitioner against FR No.15/2009 (FIR No.06/2009) of P.S. Kotwali, District Banswara.
