Since, all the criminal misc. writ petitions are relating to common cause and they are decided by this common order.

Learned counsel for the petitioners prays to withdraw the issue and submits that the liberty be granted to the petitioners to take up the matter before the concerned competent court with regard to the issue relating validity and legality of the prosecution sanction granted by the appointing authority in terms of Section 19 of the PC Act as well as u/s 197 Cr.P.C. in relation to allegations levelled against the petitioners.

Learned counsel also seeks liberty to raise other submissions in relation to the maintainability of the proceedings in terms of the Judges Protection Act or any other law in view of the earlier order passed by the court. If such an application is moved, trial court is directed to decide the same expeditiously within a period of one month thereafter by passing a speaking order.

With the aforesaid observations, the criminal misc. petitions stand disposed of.
