In pursuance of the direction given by this court, the investigating officer is present in the court and has filed factual report in the matter. The same is taken on record.
Learned Public Prosecutor submits that the investigation reveals that Nathu Ram, Mahendra Vishnoi and Bhagirath Ram were not present at the time of the incident and therefore, they are not being proceeded by the police and negative final report is proposed to be filed against them.
In these circumstances, cause of action does not survive in these petitions, therefore, the same are disposed of in view of positive statement given by learned Public Prosecutor on the instructions received from the investigating officer, present in the court.
