At the outset, learned Public Prosecutor submits that final report/ closure report No.112 dated 30.11.2017 has been filed before the court of Judicial Magistrate, Pipad City on 24.1.2018.
In light of such statement, the instant misc. petition is dismissed as having become infructuous. However, the petitioner shall be at liberty to take up necessary recourse at an appropriate stage.
