Learned counsel for the petitioners at the outset does not want to press the present Criminal Misc. Petition with liberty to approach the police authorities by way of filing a detailed representation along with relevant documents to satisfy his bonafides in the matter.
It goes without says that the Investigating Officer shall take into account the representation and all the documents supplied to
