The instant misc. petition has been filed by the petitioner for quashing of FIR No.0472/2018, PS Merta City, District Nagaur for offences under Sections 332, 353, 509, 186 IPC and Sections 3(1)(R), 3(1)(S), 3(2)(Va) of SC/ST Act.
Learned Public Prosecutor has submitted a report dated 12.11.2019 received from the SHO, PS Merta City, District Nagaur wherein it has been mentioned that after thorough investigation, prima facie Police has found the offences to be proved against the petitioner. The aforesaid report dated 12.11.2019 is taken on record.
In view of the aforesaid facts and circumstances, no case for quashing of FIR is made out.
Hence, the present misc. petition is dismissed accordingly. Stay application is also dismissed.
