Matter comes up on application filed by the complainant wherein it is pleaded that applicant-complainant and petitioner are son and father. Complainant is son and accused-petitioner is father.

It is contended that parties have amicably settled the dispute and complainant son does not wish to proceed further in the criminal proceedings pending before learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Hindaun City, District Karauli in F.R. No.3/2017 and FIR No.893/2016 registered at Police Station Hindaun City.

Complainant along with his counsel is present in Court, who has not disputed the fact that parties have amicably settled the dispute. He does not wish to proceed further with the FIR and criminal case.

I have considered the contentions.

In view of the fact that parties have amicably settled the dispute, both the misc. petitions are disposed of and proceedings pending before the Court below are quashed.

Stay applications stand disposed.
