Petitioners have filed this petition under Section 438 Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973 seeking anticipatory bail in FIR No.521/2016 registered at Police Station Shyam Nagar, Jaipur for offence under Sections 420, 467, 468, 471, 120-B of Indian Penal Code, 1860.
Learned counsel for the petitioners has submitted that the petitioners have purchased plot no.16A vide registered sale deed.
Learned State counsel has opposed the petition and has submitted that, in-fact, there is no plot bearing no.16A. Petitioners

have prepared forged documents with a view to usurp plot no.17 belonging to the complainant.
Keeping in view the seriousness of allegations levelled against the petitioners, no ground for grant of anticipatory bail to them is made out.
Dismissed.
