Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that they do not want to press these anticipatory bail applications preferred by the petitioners under Section 438 Cr.P.C., however, seek liberty for the petitioners to surrender before the trial court.

Accordingly, the bail applications preferred by the petitioners under Section 438 Cr.P.C. are rejected as not pressed. However, the petitioners may surrender before the trial court and move regular bail applications. It is expected that if the petitioners surrender before the trial court and move regular bail applications, the trial court shall decide the same expeditiously.
