Petitioner has filed this petition under Section 439 Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973 seeking regular bail in F.I.R. No. 558/2017 registered at Police Station Bayana, District Bharatpur for offence under Sections 147, 148, 149, 323, 341, 302 of Indian Penal Code, 1860.
Learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that, although, petitioner is named in the FIR but he is not attributed injury on the person of deceased Raju Lal. As per the FIR, coaccused Ram Lakhan had fired at deceased Raju Lal. Petitioner is in custody since 22.08.2018. Challan has already been presented in the Court and conclusion of trial may take time.
Learned counsel for the complainant has not opposed the petition.

Accordingly, without expressing any opinion on the merits of the case, this petition is allowed. Petitioner be admitted to bail subject to satisfaction of the Trial Court.
