Petitioner has filed this 3rd petition under Section 439 Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973 seeking regular bail in F.I.R. No.339/2018 registered at Police Station Vishwakarma, Jaipur for the offence under Section 408 of Indian Penal Code, 1860.
Heard.
As per the prosecution story, petitioner was working as a cashier and has committed embezzlement to the tune of about Rupees twenty five lacs of the funds of the complainant company.
Keeping in view the seriousness of the allegations levelled against the petitioner, no ground for grant of bail to him is made out.
