Pursuant to the direction given by this Court vide order dated 04.10.2017 passed in S.B.Cr. Misc. Third Bail Application No.6866/2017, whereby this Court while rejecting the said bail application directed the trial court to expedite the trial within one year from the next date of hearing, the Judge, Family Court, Pali sent a letter dated 03.12.2018, whereby it sought further one month’s time to conclude the trial.
