A letter dated 29.04.2019 has been received from Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate No.1, Bikaner, whereby, it has sought some more time to dispose of Cr. Case No.317/2017, State vs. Nand Kishore and Ors. arising out of FIR No.88/2016 of Police Station, Kotwali, Bikaner.
It is noticed that this Court vide order dated 01.10.2018 passed in S.B.Cr. Misc. Application No.73/2018 granted six months’ time to complete the trial in connection with aforesaid FIR, however, it could not be completed due to some reasons.
Having taken into consideration the reasons given by the Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate No.1, Bikaner, which prevented it to dispose of the Cr. Case No.317/2017, State vs. Nand Kishore & Ors. within stipulated period, this Court, in the interest of justice, is of the opinion that some more time should be granted to dispose of the aforesaid case.
