Having heard and considered the submissions advanced at Bar and after going through the impugned judgment, we are inclined to grant leave to the State Of Rajasthan for filing an appeal against impugned judgment of acquittal dated 11.10.2017 passed by learned Addl. Sessions Judge No.1, Hanumangarh in Sessions Case No.22/2016 (CIS No.109/2014). Thus, the application for leave to appeal is allowed. The memorandum of leave to appeal shall be registered as memo of appeal.
