Learned counsel for the appellants has submitted that after rejection of bail application of the appellants by the trial court, charge-sheet has been filed, therefore, he does not want to press this criminal appeal, however, seeks liberty for the appellants to file fresh bail application before the trial court.
The criminal appeal preferred on behalf of the appellants under Section 14A(2) of SC/ST (Prevention of Atrocities) Act is dismissed as not pressed with the liberty sought for.
