Learned counsel for the appellant, without arguing on merits, has submitted that after rejection of bail application of the appellant by the trial court, charge-sheet has been filed, therefore, he wants to withdraw this criminal appeal filed under Section 14-A(2) of Scheduled Castes and Scheduled Tribes (Prevention of Atrocities) Act, however, seeks liberty for the appellant to file fresh bail application before the trial court.
Accordingly, this appeal preferred on behalf of the appellant under Section 14-A(2) of Scheduled Castes and Scheduled Tribes (Prevention of Atrocities) Act is dismissed as withdrawn with the liberty as prayed for.
