This appeal was preferred on behalf of appellant against the judgment dated 21.07.2013 passed by Additional Sessions Judge, Nagaur, whereby the appellant was convicted for the offence punishable under Section 323 IPC and sentenced to undergo 6 months’ simple imprisonment. However, the sentence awarded to the appellant was suspended by this Court vide order dated 18.08.1993.
