** 2- That the appeal was listed before the Hon'ble Court on 06.08.2014 and the same was dismissed in default, but because no one appears on behalf of the appellant and therefore, the appeal dismissed in default. The was certified copy of the order dated 06.08.2014 is enclosed with the application for the kind perusal of the Hon'ble Court.

3- That the appellant as well as counsel did not know about the dismissal of the appeal and when the appellant Madan Lal on 31.03.2019 enquired into the matter, then immediately he filed an application for getting certified copy of the order and after the receipt of the order present restoration application is being filed. **
