M/S Rajasthan Polysters Ltd. Vs

M/s. Rajasthan Polyester Limited was ordered to be wound up by this Court vide order dated 6.2.2014 in S.B. Company Petition No.21/2009. The O.L. was appointed as liquidator of the company in liquidation and as per the orders passed from time to time by this Court, the proceedings under the various sections of the Companies Act with regard to the company in liquidation were undertaken by the O.L. No claim has been received from any workmen. Other claim received by the O.L. has already been adjudicated as the company in liquidation has no fund in terms of Section 481 of the Companies Act, 1956. Therefore, the O.L. prays to pass specific orders for dissolution of the company.

The O.L. has also filed half yearly statement of account upto the period from 31.3.2019 to 30.9.2019. A sum of Rs.44/- is lying with the O.L., which is directed to be transferred to the common pool account. Accordingly, this report is accepted invoking powers
