The parties have settled the matter through Lok Adalat as under:The MACT, Udaipur by its judgment and award dated 27.02.2004 in MAC Case No.565/2000 awarded a sum of Rs.25,200/- alongwith interest @ 6% per annum.
The enhanced amount of compensation be disbursed in terms of the award in the saving bank account of the claimant/s.
In view of the above, the appeal is disposed of.
