The present ap ncement of compensation against the award dated 22/5/2017 passed by Judge, Motor Accident Claims Tribunal, Ajmer in MAC Case no. 143/2014 whereby the tribunal awarded a sum of Rs.57,850/- as compens'ation.
Learned counsel for the appellant has submitted that the compensation awarded by the tribunal is on lower side and the same is required to be enhanced.
I have considered the submissions made by learned counsel for the appellant and perused the material available on record.
The claim petition wa-s filed by the appellant seeking compensation on account of injuries sustained by her in a motor vehicle accident which occurred on 13/9/2013.
The claimant had suffered fracture of left leg and she was admitted in the hospital from 13/9/2013 to 15/9/2013 and' again
n account of injures suffered by her.
In these circumst ranted Rs. 10,000/ to the appellant as to the period, she remained admitted also been granted Rs. 178521- by way of;# ds medical bills proved on record a The appe granted Rs.5000/towards transportation &~$;25000/-towards pain and sufferings etc.
In the facts a qround of enhanceme is made out.
