It is submitted by the learned counsel for the appellants and respondent Nom3/insurance company that parties have amicably settled their dispute. As per the compromise effected between the parties, respondent No.3 has agreed to pay an amount of Rs.90,000/- to the appellants in addition to the amount

already awarded by the Tribunal. Learned counsel for the parties has also jointly submitted that the appeal be disposed of in terms of the compromise effected between the parties.
