Counsel for the respondent submits that against the judgment impugned dated 24/05/2016 passed by Motor Accident Claims Tribunal, Parbatsar, District Nagaur, two appeals were preferred by the same claimants being S.B. Civil Misc. Appeal No. 2025/2016 and another being S.B. Civil Misc. Appeal No. 2073/2016. Out of the two appeals, the appeal No. 2025/2016 was decided in the National Lok Adalat vide its order dated 08/04/2017. A copy of the said order is taken on record.
Learned counsel for the appellant does not dispute the factum of award passed by the National Lok Adalat.
In the circumstances, the present appeal does not survive in view of the order passed by the National Lok Adalat on 08/04/2017 in SB Civil Misc. Appeal No. 2025/2016. Thus, this
