The matter was placed before the Lok Adalat Today.
The parties have settled the matter through Lok Adalat as under:-
Learned counsel for the parties on instructions have settled the dispute towards full and final settlement for an additional amount of F&s.2,00,000/- over and above the award amount. The said amount shall be deposited in the Tribunal within a period of eight weeks from today and be disbursed to the claimants by way of cheque.

In case of non-payment of aforesaid amount within &period' of-&iglit weeki
fiom today, the same shall be paid to the claimants alongwith interest @ 6%*per
annum.
The appeal is disposed of in terms of the settlement aforesaid.
The record of the Tribunal, if lying, be sent back forthwith.
