The present misc. appeal has been filed by the appellantsclaimants seeking enhancement of the compensation amount awarded vide Judgment dated 19.03.2015 passed by the learned Motor Accident Claims Tribunal No. 2, Udaipur in Claim Case No. 1002/2014.
During the pendency of the present appeal, the parties have entered into a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) on 02.08.2019, which is taken on record. As per the said MoU, the respondent-insurance company has agreed to pay an amount of Rs. 1,12,000/- over and above the amount already awarded by the learned tribunal vide Judgment dated 19.03.2015.
Learned counsel for the respondent – insurance company agrees to pay the enhanced amount to the appellants-claimants directly by way of cheque.

In view of the above, the present appeal is disposed of in light of the Memorandum of Understanding signed between the parties on 02.08.2019.
