Learned counsel for the appellants submits that for agitating the grievance with respect to the grant of compassionate appointment, he will take the appropriate measures. As far as the order impugned dated 17.04.2017 is concerned, that cannot be assailed for the grant of Compassionate Appointment.
In the circumstances, he does not press this Misc. Appeal with a liberty to take appropriate measures for grant of Compassionate Appointment in accordance with Law.
Accordingly, the present Misc. Appeal is, therefore, dismissed.
