The appellants have moved an application along with the compromise dated 01.06.2019 for passing an order in terms of the compromise entered into between the parties. Respective parties and their counsels are present. The parties are asked to
verify their signatures before the Registrar (Judicial), according to which, the signatures are verified. Learned counsel for the parties have also identified the signatures of the parties.
Both the first appeals stand disposed of in terms of the compromise. Consequently in view of the compromise, the suit filed by the appellant is decreed in toto. The decree of the trial Court is modified accordingly. Decree be drawn accordingly.
