Learned counsel for the petitioners have submitted that the order passed by this court dated 17.02.2018 has not been willfully complied with.

Learned counsel for the respondent has submitted that the orderin-question has been duly complied with and learned counsel has placed reliance on Annexure-AA and Annexure-BB available on record along with counter affidavit filed by respondent no.3.

Thus, in the present case, the order-in-question has been complied with but dispute still exists between the parties as to whether the order dated 17.02.2018 has been correctly complied with or not.

Faced with this situation, learned counsel for the petitioners submit that they may be permitted to withdraw the petitions to enable the petitioners to make a comprehensive representation to the respondents regarding their pending grievance and the respondents be directed to dispose of the same within a specific time period.

Accordingly, keeping in view the interest of justice in mind, it is ordered that, in case, petitioners move a representation before the respondents for redressal of their grievance within one month from today, the same be disposed of by the respondents expeditiously in accordance with law preferably within four weeks of the receipt of the representation along with the copy of this order.

Petitions stand disposed of accordingly.
