Learned counsel Mr.Tanveer Ahmed submits that candidature of the petitioner has been examined but he is said to have not secured the requisite marks. The petitioner wants to assail action of the respondents by filing an independent petition.
Accordingly, the present contempt petition is dismissed with liberty to the petitioner to avail the appropriate remedy according to law.
