Reply has been filed on behalf of respondent no.26 to the contempt petition along with report wherein it has been submitted that all steps have been taken to maintain the status quo. Direction is issued by this court and in future also the State Authorities shall see that the order passed by this court is maintained by the private parties.
Having taking note of the reply, this court does not deem it appropriate to further proceed with the contempt petition with the observation that if there is any violation of the court’s order in future, the concerned authorities shall be personally liable for which the petitioner may move an appropriate application.
With the aforesaid observations, contempt petition is dismissed. Notices issued stand discharged.
