The instant writ restoration application has been preferred on behalf of the petitioners with a prayer for restoring S.B. Civil Writ Petition No.9209/2015 (Ram Narayan Meel & Anr. Vs. State & Ors.).

Learned counsel for the petitioners has submitted that pursuant to the direction given by this Court on 01.02.2018 in S.B. Civil Writ Petition No.9209/2015, PF and notices of respondent No.4 have been filed but due to inadvertence the PF and notices could not be filed for the respondent Nos.1, 2 and 8. It is submitted that the mistake committed was bonafide and was not intentional on the part of the petitioners to disobey the order passed by this Court.

After hearing learned counsel for the petitioners, this writ restoration application is allowed.

Let S.B. Civil Writ Petition No.9209/2015 (Ram Narayan Meel & Anr. Vs. State & Ors.) be restored to its original number.
