The matter comes up on an application filed on behalf of the petitioner for correction in the cause-title of the order dated 24.04.2017 passed by this Court in SBCWP No.2910/2005.
Upon perusal of the order dated 24.4.2017 passed by this Court in aforesaid writ petition, it is apparent that there is incorrect mentioning of particulars of respondent No.3 and particulars of respondent No.4 have not been inscribed.
The inadvertent error crept in the cause-title of the order dated 24.4.2017 deserves to be rectified.
Accordingly, in the cause-title incorporated in the order dated 24.4.2017 passed in SBCWP No.2910/2005, the particulars of respondent No.3 shall stand substituted as “The Secretary, Department of Finance, Secretariat, Government of Rajasthan,

Jaipur (Raj.)” in place of “The Chief Engineer, Public Health & Engineering Department (PHED), Balotra Division, Balotra, District Barmer and “The Executive Engineer, Public Health & Engineering Department (PHED),Balotra Division, Balotra, District Barmer” shall be added as respondent No.4.
The order dated 24.4.2017 be corrected and uploaded accordingly on the official website of High Court.
The application stands disposed of accordingly.
