After arguing the case to some length, learned counsel for the applicant prays for withdrawal of application for suspension of sentence at this stage if hearing of the appeal is expedited.
The prayer is accepted.
Accordingly, the application for suspension of sentence is dismissed as withdrawn. Learned counsel for the applicant is directed to prepare and file the paper book at the earliest and immediately after filing the same, the appeal be listed for final hearing.
