Learned counsel is fair to state that similar appeals arising out of the similar controversy have been dismissed. It is in the case of the Rajasthan Public Service Commission, Ajmer

versus Smt. Renu Gupta, D.B. Special Appeal Writ No.1018/2017 decided on 30.10.2017.

Judgment in the case of Renu Gupta (supra) has been relied by the learned Single Judge for causing interference in the decision of the RPSC.

In view of the above, we do not find any reason to cause interference in the impugned order. Consequently, appeals are dismissed. The RPSC would however be at liberty to take action and, accordingly, a fresh order can be passed after following the principles of natural justice.

The application for condonation of delay is also dismissed due to dismissal of the appeals on merit.
