Learned counsel for the appellants is fair enough to state that similar appeal being DB Special Appeal (Writ) No.1328/2017, State of Rajasthan & Ors. Vs. Chhotu Ram Regar & Anr. has already been decided on 25th October, 2017. The interference in the direction to consider the case for regularisation without affecting termination of those who were earlier selected and given appointment has not been given.

In view of the above, nothing survives in this appeal. Accordingly, it is dismissed and is ordered to be governed by the judgment in the case of Chhotu Ram Regar & Anr (supra).
