Bench on 14.11.2018. The decision is in D.B. Special Appeal (Writ) No.1732/2018 Thawara Ram vs. State of Rajasthan & Ors. 2. The facts of the instant case are identical. The admit cards of the appellants were uploaded at 7.30 p.m. on 04.09.2018 requiring them to be present at Jodhpur the next day morning for the physical efficiency test. At the 5 k.m. race which was to be covered in 25 minutes they fell short by few seconds.

For the reasons recorded in our decision dated 14.11.2018 the appeal is allowed. The appellants would be subjected to a fresh physical efficiency test on 20.11.2018 at Police Training Centre, Mandore Road, Jodhpur.
