Learned counsel for the petitioner has instituted the instant writ application relying upon an opinion by a Co-ordinate Bench of this Court, at Principal Seat, Jodhpur, in the case of Kedar Prasad Meena Vs. State of Rajasthan & Ors. : SBCWP No. 2082/2018, so also in the case of Shaitan Singh Vs. State of Rajasthan & ors. : SBCWP No. 2077/2018, decided on 12th March, 2018.
In the order dated 12th March, 2018, in the cases (supra), the Co-ordinate Bench of this Court, specifically took note of the

fact that the petitioners therein, were found meritorious by respondent-RPSC, extending the age relaxation and were recommended for selection.
Counsel for the petitioner admitted that case of the petitioner was recommended for appointment/selection.
However, learned counsel seeks permission to address a comprehensive representation for redressal of the grievances raised in the writ application.
In view of the statement aforesaid, the instant writ proceedings stand closed, with liberty to address a comprehensive
representation, as prayed.
