In this writ petition, the petitioner-firm has challenged the action of the Block Development Officer, Panchayat Samiti, Degana and the Sarpanch of Gram Panchayat, Jalsu Nanak, Tehsil Degana, District Nagaur, whereby the bid of the petitioner-firm filed by it pursuant to the tender issued by the Gram Panchayat

for supplying construction material for the year 2015-16 has been rejected.
It is noticed that the Gram Panchayat has invited tenders for supplying the construction material for the year 2015-16 and the said period has already been expired.
Hence, no further order is required to be passed in this writ petition as the same has become infructuous.
Accordingly, this writ petition is dismissed as having become
infructuous
Stay petition also stands dismissed.
