“a) by an appropriate writ, order or direction, the respondent no.2 may kindly be directed issue appointment order in favour of the petitioner on the post of Scavenger in pursuance to the advertisement No.1/2018.

b) by an appropriate writ, order or direction, the respondents no.2 be directed to give priority to the petitioner over fresh candidates.

c) Any other appropriate writ, order or direction which this Hon`ble Court may deem just and proper in the facts and circumstances of the case may kindly be passed in favour of the petitioner.

d) Writ petition filed by the petitioner may kindly be allowed with costs.”

The petitioner present in person made a limited prayer that

In light of such submission, the present petition is disposed of with a direction to the respondents to take fresh representation from the petitioner and pass a speaking order regarding the issue within a period of 30 days from today strictly in accordance with law.
