At the outset, counsel for the respondent submits that the petitioners herein were permitted to participate in recruitment process for the post of Assistant Professor in Business Administration in pursuance of the interim order dated 25.5.2018 and on 31.5.2018 this Court called upon the respondents to bring result pertaining to petitioners vis-a-vis the general result.
Today, the result has been shown to Court and none of the petitioners herein have qualified on merit, hence, the writ petition is dismissed as having become infructuous. However, the petitioners are free to pursue their other cause, if need arise.
