In view of the statement made by the learned counsel for the respondents that two new polices have been introduced after 2010 in relation to the railway station vending/catering licence, the writ petition as well as stay application have been rendered infructuous and are disposed of as such. The petitioner shall be at liberty to participate in the subsequent allocation process as per law.
