Rajasthan Tenancy Act, be decided within stipulated period as the same is pending since long.

Learned counsel for the respondent has no objection if directions are issued for early disposal of the said suit, however, he states that the matter is pending for evidence of the witnesses of the defendant and summons are required to be issued. In view thereof, reasonable time be granted for early disposal of the suit.

Having heard both the counsels, it is directed that the concerned SDO shall take all necessary steps for deciding the suit expeditiously but not later than six months.

With the aforesaid directions, the writ petition stands disposed of.
