Mr. Vikas Choudhary, Associate of Mr. S.S. Ladrecha, learned Additional Advocate General, is directed to accept the notices on behalf of the respondents.

After hearing learned counsel for the petitioner and upon perusal of the record, this Court is not inclined to accept the request of the petitioner for granting liberty to appear for document verification, as it is in the domain of the Respondents to conduct his/her document verification, after the date has gone.

However, the petitioner shall be at liberty to pursue her representations dated 25.04.2018 pending before the Chief Executive Officer, Zila Parishad, Sriganganagar. In view of the above, the present writ petition is disposed of, with a direction to

the respondent No.4, Chief Executive Officer, Zila Parishad, Sriganganagar to consider petitioner’s representations dated 25.04.2018 on or before 21.05.2018. Needless to observe that if the respondent No.4 accepts the petitioner’s representation, her case shall be considered on merit, in accordance with law.
