In furtherance of directions given by this Court and with the able assistance of learned counsel representing the parties, a permanent cell of SIT has been constituted under the Commissionerate of Police, Jodhpur. The Secretary, Department of Home Affairs, Government of Rajasthan shall ensure that appropriate infrastructure and facility is provided to the SIT Cell so that it can subserve its purpose for establishment.
Expressing appreciation of efforts made by Shri Vinay Kothari, Advocate, Shri Jagdish Vyas, Advocate, Shri S.R. Paliwal, learned Dy. G.C. and Shri Rakesh Chotia, Advocate, the instant writ petition as well as stay application are disposed of as having become infructuous.
