Mr.Sanjeev Kumar Mahala appearing for the petitioner submitted that he be allowed to withdraw the petition with liberty to file the appeal against the order dated 02.11.2018 whereby his application under Right to Information Act, 2005 for being given a copy of the CCTV recording at the Physical Efficiency Test has been rejected.
The writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn with liberty as prayed for. Stay application also stands dismissed.
It is however made clear the petitioner will be free to approach this court if occasion so arises.
